An example of a our Regular Maintenance and Inspection Services is provided below. All services are tailored to meet our clients needs.

    Regular Maintenance Services Performed four (4) times a year.

Typically - April, June, August & October   

Grass Mowing/Weed Cutting

Light Brush Cutting & Removal

Trash & Debris (T&D) Removal and Disposal

Outlet Structure Orifice T&D Removal and Disposal

Outlet Structure T&D Removal & Disposal

Spot seeding (typically PennDOT Formula B or D seed mix)

Mulching of eroded areas

Minor repairs (i.e. replace nuts, bolts, washers on trash racks, etc.)

    Inspection Services and Report Performed two (2) times a year              

                Typically - April & October

Written Inspection Report prepared by NICET Certified Inspector to include as required:

Low Flow Channel Condition

Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Orifice Condition

Trash Rack Condition

RipRap ConditionOutlet Structure Condition                                                        

Emergency Spillway Condition

Headwall/Endwall Condition

Access Road Condition

Fence & Gate Condition & Operation

Visual inspection of the facility to identify conditions that may cause concern with the integrity of the facility (animal burrows, embankment subsidence, cracks, etc.)
